How a visit works

  1. 01

    Ask for a time

Tell us about your horse and whether you want the clinic, a farm call or rehab.

  2. 02

    We confirm

The office calls or texts back with a day and a vet, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5.

  3. 03

    We treat and share

Radiographs and notes go to you, and to your farrier or referring vet when it helps.

The veterinarians

A former farrier, a certified acupuncturist with emergency-response training, a reproduction vet and a board-certified internist. A practice manager and nine assistants keep the clinic and the trucks running. Meet the team

Rehabilitation, in water and out

The AquaPacer is an above-ground underwater treadmill. Buoyancy takes weight off joints while the water adds resistance, so a horse can rebuild strength after an injury, or condition for the next level, with less strain on tendons and ligaments.

Where the trucks go

For emergencies our trucks drive to 21 towns, from Salem and Dallas down to Monroe and Sweet Home. Farther out, please haul in. Hauling in always helps us, even from close by.

Finding the clinic

We are on the corner of Looney Lane and Hwy 34 in Tangent. Your map may tell you to park on Hwy 34 and walk in. Please don’t: turn onto Looney Lane and use our driveway. There’s ample parking.
